titleOfInvention | Spherical resin fine particles, RPT molding method using the resin fine particles and molded products thereof |
abstract | [Objective] To provide fine particles made of a transparent resin suitable for use in an RPT molding method. [Constitution] It is a substantially spherical fine particle made of a thermoplastic resin (A), the number average particle diameter of which is 10 μm to 100 μm, and contains a modifier (B) having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group. Yes, when the melting point or glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin (A) is X (° C.) and the melting point of the modifier (B) is Y (° C.), the difference between X and Y is 30 (° C.) or less. By dispersing the particulate dispersed phase composed of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the modifier (B) in the matrix component (C) to obtain a substantially spherical dispersed phase and extracting it with a solvent. Spherical particles composed of the plastic resin (A) and the modifier (B) are obtained. [Selection figure] None |
