titleOfInvention Gas oil hydrotreating catalyst, method for producing the same, and gas oil hydrotreating method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst capable of reducing sulfur content and nitrogen content in light oil as compared with the case of using a conventional catalyst, a production method thereof, and a hydrotreating method using the catalyst. SOLUTION: An inorganic oxide carrier is based on a catalyst, 10 to 30% by mass of at least one group 6 metal in the periodic table in terms of oxide, 1 to 15% by mass of at least one group 8 metal, phosphorus 1.5 to 6% by mass, 2 to 14% by mass of carbon derived from organic acid, and 0.2 to 1.2 mol of organic acid per 1 mol of Group 8 metal in the periodic table, Catalyst having 220 to 300 m 2 / g, pore volume of 0.35 to 0.6 m1 / g, and average pore diameter of about 65 to 95 mm. The above-mentioned components are supported on an inorganic oxide carrier using a solution containing the Group 6 metal compound, Group 8 metal compound, organic acid, and phosphoric acid, and dried at 200 ° C. or lower to produce the catalyst. In the presence of the catalyst, the catalytic reaction of the light oil fraction is carried out under the conditions of a hydrogen partial pressure of 3 to 8 MPa, a temperature of 300 to 420 ° C., and a liquid space velocity of 0.3 to 5 hr −1 .
