abstract |
By using waste water discharged from a semiconductor manufacturing process, it is possible to reliably prevent asbestos from being scattered and to easily detoxify an asbestos-containing material, and to treat the waste water at the same time. An asbestos-containing material detoxification treatment method and a cement production method using the same are provided. SOLUTION: A mixed acid waste water mainly composed of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid discharged from a semiconductor manufacturing process is added to an asbestos-containing material, and then the obtained mixture slurry is neutralized and the above mixture in the mixed solution is added. It is characterized by making the asbestos detoxified sludge by pulverizing the asbestos-containing material. [Selection] Figure 1 |
