abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which does not cause an offset phenomenon and a winding phenomenon in a wide temperature range, that is, has excellent fixing characteristics. An electrostatic charge image developing toner containing at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a higher α-olefin polymer, wherein the higher α-olefin polymer preferably has 10 or more carbon atoms. The melting point by DSC of the olefin polymer is preferably 50 to 75 ° C. The penetration of the higher α-olefin polymer at 25 ° C. is preferably 3 or less, and the content of the higher α-olefin polymer is preferably 1 to 20% by weight in the total toner.
