titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing anisotropic scattering film |
abstract | An anisotropic scattering film having high transmittance, excellent scattering intensity, and excellent light resistance is obtained by orienting an anisotropic scattering material such as a needle crystal of a metal compound at a certain angle. Providing a method for producing an anisotropic scattering film that can be produced efficiently. An anisotropy containing at least an ultraviolet curable liquid crystal compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and an anisotropic scattering material having an average aspect ratio of 1.5 or more on a substrate having an alignment film on the surface. A coating layer forming step of applying a scattering film coating solution and drying to form a coating layer; and curing the coating layer by irradiating with ultraviolet rays while heating the coating layer to a temperature at which a liquid crystal phase is expressed. And a curing step for orienting the inclination angle of the major axis of the scattering material with respect to the substrate surface to 0 degrees or more and 70 degrees or less.
