titleOfInvention Manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing lid with packing
abstract A container lid with packing which can easily form a packing in a fitting groove provided in the container lid and is suitable for mass production, and can also realize space saving and energy saving of manufacturing equipment. A manufacturing method is provided. A thermoplastic resin 120 heated and melted by an extruder 20 is linearly extruded from a nozzle 40 and poured into a fitting groove 111 provided on one side of a container lid 110, thereby along the fitting groove 111. The packing is integrally formed. Inside the extruder 20, a foaming agent 121 is added to the thermoplastic resin 120 that has been heated and melted, and the thermoplastic resin 120 is foamed immediately after being discharged from the nozzle 40. Thereby, the foam can be filled in the fitting groove 111 without heating the entire container lid 110. [Selection] Figure 1
