[Problem] To provide a dried fruit in which the flavor of the fruit itself is improved without causing a heavy texture even when various drying steps such as frying in oil or using hot air are taken. Furthermore, the present invention provides a dried fruit in which the texture is hardened over time and the taste is suppressed from being lowered. SOLUTION: Sucralose is contained in dried fruit.
