titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyimide resin having phenolic hydroxyl group |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a polyimide resin that provides good performance with high adhesion, moisture resistance reliability, and low elastic modulus. SOLUTION: A diamine having no phenolic hydroxyl group and tetracarboxylic dianhydride are reacted in a solvent to prepare a solution of an amic acid oligomer having an acid anhydride group at the terminal, followed by dehydration and ring closure to produce an acid anhydride. A terminal imide oligomer is prepared, and then dropped and reacted in a diamine having a phenolic hydroxyl group, having a repeating unit represented by the following structural formulas (1) and (2), and having an amino group as a diamine A process for producing a polyimide resin having a phenolic hydroxyl group in the skeleton, produced using a diamine having a phenolic hydroxyl group on an aromatic ring different from the aromatic ring to which is bonded. [X is a tetravalent organic group, Y is a divalent organic group composed of a diamine residue Y 1 having a phenolic hydroxyl group and an aromatic diamine residue Y 2, and Z is a siloxane diamine residue] [Selection figure] None |
