abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide molded body obtained by laminating a plurality of specific polyimide films having a large tensile elastic modulus and a low linear expansion coefficient and having excellent heat resistance, and having a thickness (200 μm) that is difficult to manufacture by film manufacturing. The present invention provides a polyimide molded body such as a large film (about 1000 μm) or a plate-like body, and a production method thereof. A surface layer modified polyimide obtained by laminating a specific thermoplastic resin layer (a) and a thermosetting polyimide resin layer (b) has a high tensile elastic modulus possessed by the polyimide (b). And a surface modified polyimide that has both the tensile strength at break and a low linear expansion coefficient in a specific range, and the surface has the physical properties possessed by the thermoplastic resin excellent in adhesiveness of the layer (a). Thus, a polyimide film or a plate-like body having a large thickness can be obtained by heating and laminating a plurality of the surface layer-modified polyimides. [Selection figure] None |
