[Purpose] To improve the health of skin such as dry skin safely. [Constitution] Water for skin contains water from which polyvalent cations have been removed and to which sodium ions have been added, and may optionally contain a fragrance. When this skin water is applied to the skin by a method such as bathing, it enhances the moisture of the skin without causing the side effects that are common to dermatological agents using chemical substances, the moisture content of the skin, elasticity, texture density, etc. Therefore, it is effective as a moisturizing agent for skin, an agent for improving dry skin, an agent for improving pruritus of skin, an agent for improving scales of skin and an agent for improving atopic dermatitis.
