abstract The color reproducibility of a color-captured image is good and the state of treatment by PDT can be observed without causing halation, even though color imaging and PDT treatment can be performed on a test part. An endoscope for PDT is provided. A light distribution lens, a main objective lens, and a sub objective lens are fitted at the distal end of an endoscope, and a treatment instrument channel is opened. A light guide 20 is passed through the endoscope 11 from the back of the body light distribution lens 16 to the connector 11d. An imaging element 17 is disposed at a position where an image is formed by the main objective lens 15. The output line from the image sensor 17 is led through the endoscope 11 to the connector 11d. An image guide 51 is drawn from a position where an image is formed by the sub objective lens 50 to the inside of the operation unit. The imaging lens 52 re-images the image appearing on the base end surface of the image guide 51 on the imaging surface of the imaging element 52. [Selection] Figure 2
