abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a biodiesel fuel that has a low clogging point and can be used even in cold regions even when waste food oil containing animal fats and oils is used as a raw material. Furthermore, it aims at providing the biodiesel fuel excellent in storage stability and a combustion characteristic. SOLUTION: The total content of methyl palmitate and methyl stearate contained in animal fats and oils is made 10 to 25% in a practical range, excellent in low-temperature characteristics, storage stability and combustion characteristics. In addition, an excellent biodiesel fuel and a method for producing the same are provided. [Selection figure] None |
