titleOfInvention | Aqueous pigment dispersion and ink composition using the same |
abstract | An aqueous pigment dispersion excellent in dispersion stability and heat resistance of a fine particle pigment is provided. In addition to the piezo method, the thermal method, which requires storage stability at high temperatures, can realize stable ink ejection over a long period of time, and provides a glossy ink composition with high optical density. To do. An aqueous pigment dispersion containing (A) a dioxazine pigment, (B) a pigment derivative in which a sulfonic acid group is introduced into a dioxazine pigment, (C) water, and (D) a water-soluble organic solvent. The wavelength 550 of the peak of the absorption spectrum when the ink composition containing the aqueous pigment dispersion is diluted with water and the concentration of the (A) dioxazine pigment and the (B) pigment derivative is 10 ppm. An aqueous pigment dispersion in which the ratio of the absorbance at the maximum peak at ˜600 nm to the absorbance at the maximum peak at a wavelength of 500 to 550 nm is 0.99 or more.
