abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product in which Hiba oil is easily and stably emulsified or dispersed, and relates to a technique for stably emulsifying and dispersing Hiba oil in an aqueous product. By simultaneously mixing three components of hiba oil, a hydrophilic surfactant and an oil or fat or a lipophilic surfactant, a liquid composition at room temperature (referred to as “premix of the present invention”) is obtained. Quite unexpectedly, it was possible to obtain an aqueous product that maintained a very stable emulsified dispersion without the Hiba oil separating over a long period of time.
