abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an effective thrombolytic active substance (t-PA enhancing substance) other than nattokinase and a method for producing the same. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] As a result of inactivation of nattokinase, an enzyme, by heat treatment using a culture solution of natto bacteria and the cells themselves and adding them to human cells, the ability to produce intracellular t-PA is enhanced. The presence of the substance was confirmed. That is, the t-PA enhancing substance according to the present invention is produced by heat-treating a Bacillus natto culture solution or Bacillus natto cells. [Selection] Figure 2
