PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three types of monoclonal antibodies capable of detecting the expression of human cancer antigen protein (C10orf3, C20orf42, Lengsin). SOLUTION: Mice were immunized with urea-modified recombinant proteins, and three types of mouse monoclonal antibodies that specifically react with modified C10orf3 protein, modified C20orf42 protein, or modified Lengsin protein were established. A test drug containing any of these monoclonal antibodies as a main component can detect human cancer antigen proteins, particularly denatured human cancer antigen proteins. Therefore, it enables the detection of cancer antigen protein at the tissue level using surgically removed specimens and past formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded specimens. [Selection figure] None |
