titleOfInvention Anisotropic conductive sheet, inspection device and mounted semiconductor product
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet that does not easily cause a problem of a reduction in restoring force against a tensile strain around a point-like compression portion while taking advantage of excellent compressive deformation characteristics of a porous resin sheet, and such an anisotropic conductive property. An inspection apparatus using a sheet and a mounted semiconductor product are provided. SOLUTION: A porous resin sheet 12 having a plurality of conducting portions 5 penetrating in the thickness direction, wherein a conducting portion is provided on at least one surface side of a first surface side and a second surface side opposite thereto. A recess 9 is provided in which the end of 5 is exposed. [Selection] Figure 1
