abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit and a battery structure with a heater capable of appropriately heating a battery structure and preventing the heater itself (a part or the whole of the heater) from being overheated. A first heater unit 60 of the present invention includes a sheet-like first heater 61, a first holding member 65 that holds the first heater 61, a back surface 61n of the first heater 61, and a first holding member 65. And a sheet-like first sheet body 62 that is deformable at least in the thickness direction of the first heater 61. Among these, when the first heater unit 60 is fixed to the assembled battery 50, the first sheet body 62 deforms and presses the back surface 61 n of the first heater 61, and the main body of the first heater 61.
