titleOfInvention | Nonwoven fabric and filter medium for air filter using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a nonwoven fabric using ultrafine fibers and imparted antibacterial and antifungal properties, which is altered by environmental conditions, temperature and humidity, eluted by condensed water, etc. There is provided a non-woven fabric capable of maximizing the excellent properties derived from ultrafine fibers without causing problems such as frequent nozzle clogging during fiber spinning, and increased shots and reduced quality. SOLUTION: A fiber layer containing ultrafine fibers A having an average fiber diameter of 1 to 10 μm manufactured by a melt blow method, and a fiber layer containing ultra fine fibers B having an average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 5 μm manufactured by a melt blow method. And the inorganic particles containing an antibacterial agent and having an average particle diameter of 3 μm or less are contained in the resin component of the ultrafine fiber A, and the average fiber diameter of the ultrafine fiber A is greater than the average particle diameter of the inorganic particles. A non-woven fabric characterized in that the average fiber diameter of the ultrafine fibers B is smaller than the average fiber diameter of the ultrafine fibers A. [Selection figure] None |
