titleOfInvention Method for producing heat-resistant flexible metal laminate
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a heat-resistant flexible metal laminate having a good appearance with no appearance defects such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: A heat-fusible film 2 having a thermoplastic polyimide layer on both sides of a non-thermoplastic polyimide layer and a metal foil 1 are applied to both sides of the pressure-heating device using a pressure-heating device. A method for producing a heat-resistant flexible metal laminate, in which a protective film 3 is disposed between a pressure surface and a metal foil, and continuously press-heat-molded, and after the press-heat-molding, the protective film is sequentially peeled one by one. A method for producing a heat-resistant flexible metal laminate, wherein the surface roughness Rz1 of the protective film to be peeled first and the surface roughness Rz2 of the protective film to be peeled later satisfy the following formula (1). Rz1 ≧ Rz2 (1) [Selection] Figure 1
