titleOfInvention | Recombinant human tyrosinase from which a transmembrane site has been removed and production method thereof |
abstract | A recombinant human tyrosinase and a method for producing the same are provided. The present invention relates to a recombinant human tyrosinase from which a transmembrane site has been removed and a method for producing the same, and more specifically, to express and isolate a human tyrosinase gene from which a transmembrane site located at the carboxyl terminus has been removed. The present invention relates to a purified recombinant human tyrosinase and a production method thereof. The production method according to the present invention has the effect of mass-producing recombinant human tyrosinase exhibiting high enzyme activity without the formation of insoluble inclusion bodies, the purification process is simple, and the purification yield is improved. .
