titleOfInvention Parkinson's disease diagnosis device and dopamine measurement data analysis method
abstract There is provided a Parkinson's disease diagnosis apparatus capable of accurately obtaining a dopamine reaction constant from a PET measurement value, eliminating the need for arterial blood sampling during PET measurement, and reducing the PET measurement time. Parkinson's disease diagnosis device 1 uses dopamine concentration exact solution information obtained from an algebraic equation obtained by Laplace transform of a differential equation corresponding to a compartment model of a dopamine reaction mechanism at a test site and a reference site. The dopamine reaction constant is calculated from the measured concentration value. An exact solution is obtained by solving an algebraic equation in Laplace space by mathematical processing. In the exact solution, the dopamine concentration in the blood is eliminated by mathematical expression processing, and the ratio of the measured dopamine concentration at the test site and the reference site is represented by a plurality of reaction constants in the Laplace space. The input dopamine concentration measurement values are a plurality of measurement values measured during the measurement value change period from the start of measurement in PET to the steady state.
