titleOfInvention Cutter wheel and scribing device using the cutter wheel
abstract A scribe line of a vertical crack having a desired depth is formed. In a glass cutter wheel 6 in which a cutting edge is formed on a disc-shaped wheel, a groove having a predetermined shape is formed at a predetermined pitch on the edge line of the cutting edge with respect to 1/4 or less or 3/4 or less of the entire circumference of the cutting edge. It is set as the structure to form. By changing the ratio of the groove portion that greatly contributes to the scribe performance to the entire circumference, a scribe line of a vertical crack having a desired depth can be formed on the brittle substrate.
