abstract |
The present invention provides a screening method for compounds capable of controlling the stability of HIF-1α. The stability of HIF-1α is improved by bringing a test substance into contact with a cell expressing a HIF-1α protein fragment and a fusion protein containing HaloTag protein, and detecting fluorescence of the HaloTag protein in the cell.
