titleOfInvention | Acrylic polymer fine particles, production method thereof, plastisol composition and application thereof |
abstract | A method for producing acrylic polymer fine particles for plastisol having excellent dispersibility in a plasticizer is provided. Also provided are a plastisol composition excellent in storage stability using the polymer fine particles, a coated article and a molded product thereof. A monomer containing at least 0.1% by mass of an acrylic unsaturated monomer having at least one functional group selected from a carboxyl group, a phosphoric acid group, a sulfonic acid group, a hydroxyl group, a carbonyl group, and an epoxy group. Acrylic polymer fine particles for plastisol obtained by drying an acrylic polymer emulsion by water-based emulsion polymerization of the body and agglomerating primary particles with a degree of pulverization of 40% or more, and a method for producing the same. A plastisol composition comprising the polymer fine particles and a plasticizer. An article having a coating layer obtained by applying a plastisol composition and then curing, and a molded article obtained by molding. [Selection figure] None |
