titleOfInvention | Cancer diagnosis method and cancer diagnosis kit |
abstract | [Object] To find a CT antigen useful for examination, diagnosis or treatment of digestive organ cancer, and to provide a novel cancer diagnosis method and cancer diagnosis kit using the CT antigen as a cancer marker. GKAP1 (G kinase anchoring protein 1), which is expressed in gastric cancer tissues, was found to be a CT antigen in which antibodies are present in the serum of gastric cancer patients. Gastric cancer can be diagnosed by comparing the presence of anti-GKAP1 antibody in serum and the expression of GKAP1 in cancer tissues with normal levels. [Selection figure] None |
