| abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a preparation in which ibuprofen and acetaminophen are blended at a preferred ratio in order to satisfy both the enhancement of analgesic effect of ibuprofen and the reduction of gastrointestinal disorders. The present invention contains starch and low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, and 0.41 to 0.60 parts by weight of acetaminophen as a medicinal ingredient, more preferably 0 to 1 part by weight of ibuprofen. By adding 40 to 0.50 parts by weight, it is possible to provide a pharmaceutical preparation that satisfies both the enhancement of analgesic effect of ibuprofen and the reduction of gastrointestinal disorders.
