abstract |
Provided is a detection method capable of collectively identifying many bacteria caused by deep mycosis and analyzing multiple bacterial infections. SOLUTION: (1) A step of obtaining fungal DNA from a sample, (2) A fungal DNA obtained in the above step (1) by performing PCR reaction in one reaction system using two or more kinds of primer sets simultaneously. (3) A step of subjecting the PCR product obtained in the above step (2) to a solid phase on which two or more species-specific probes are immobilized, and performing a hybridization. And (4) the fungus in the sample is detected by the step of detecting the fungal DNA hybridized to the solid phase in the step (3). [Selection figure] None |
