abstract |
The present invention provides a micro total analysis system in which a micropump chamber is formed, which can be manufactured easily and inexpensively. In a micro total analysis system in which a micro flow path and a micro pump chamber are formed in a substrate, the micro total analysis is characterized in that the micro pump chamber is filled with a material that generates gas by heat.
