titleOfInvention Electrolyzed water generator and sink equipped with the same
abstract [PROBLEMS] To discharge acidic ionic water containing hypochlorous acid at the beginning of water flow to clean the inside of the water discharge pipe, and always keep the amount of water for sterilization cleaning appropriately according to the hypochlorous acid concentration. Provided is an electrolyzed water generator. An electrolysis current detection means 22 for detecting a current value flowing between electrodes 15 and 17 when a predetermined voltage is applied, and a flow rate detection means 10 for detecting an amount of water introduced into the electrolytic cell 11 are provided. Start application of a DC voltage of polarity that will supply acidic ion water to the water discharge pipe according to the start of water flow to the electrode, and integrate the electrolytic current value detected by the electrolytic current value detection means from the start of water flow When the product of the water discharge amount exceeds the preset lower limit washing amount, voltage application to the electrodes is adjusted to the target water quality. Since the electrolysis current value is substantially proportional to the hypochlorous acid concentration, stable cleaning can always be performed regardless of the hypochlorous acid production concentration.
