titleOfInvention | Toner production method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for stably and efficiently producing a toner having finer and more uniform colorant dispersion in the toner and better image characteristics such as image density. In a toner manufacturing method including a dispersion step in which at least a colorant is dispersed in a liquid medium, the dispersion step includes at least two types of tanks having an external circulation path and two or more types incorporated in series in the circulation path. And a dispersion system composed of the above dispersion machines, wherein a mixture of a liquid medium and a colorant is circulated in the dispersion system, and two or more different dispersion processes are repeated.
