titleOfInvention | Porous alumina having through pores and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing anodized porous alumina having through-holes at high throughput and inexpensively without going through complicated steps, and porous alumina having through-holes produced by the method. An aluminum layer is formed into a porous alumina layer by adhering at least one aluminum layer on the aluminum base layer and anodized, and the porous alumina layer penetrates the porous alumina layer and extends to the aluminum base layer. A method for producing porous alumina having through pores, characterized by forming pores and then peeling off the porous alumina layer, and porous alumina having through pores produced by the method.
