titleOfInvention Microchannel chip and biopolymer processing method using the same
abstract The present invention provides a microchannel chip and a method for treating a biopolymer using the same, which can perform pretreatment or genetic diagnosis of a polymer, for example, a gene at high speed and in situ. A microchannel chip 1 includes a microchannel 2 having solution introduction ports 2A and 2B and a solution discharge port 4A, a micropillar 2P provided in the microchannel 2, a micropillar 2P and a solution discharge port. The micropillar 5 is covered with a material whose zeta potential changes depending on the pH of the solution introduced from the solution introduction port 2A. The hydrogel valve 5 is made of a polymer material. It opens and closes depending on the pH of the solution. [Selection] Figure 1
