abstract | An object of the present invention is to improve the hydrolysis resistance of a rope using polylactic acid fiber, and to provide a rope that can be suitably used particularly for industrial use. SOLUTION: A polylactic acid fiber represented by the following general formula (I) and having at least one glycidyl group-containing triazine skeleton compound blocked at a part or all of carboxyl terminal ends is used as at least one constituent element of a rope. Part. [Chemical 1] (Here, at least one of R 1 to R 3 is a glycidyl group, and the rest represents a group selected from hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a hydroxyl group, and an allyl group.)
