abstract | There is provided a method for producing a thin film coated film capable of forming a thin film having a uniform film thickness with no band-like unevenness on a support film. A thin film coated film in which a thin film is formed on a support film 13 rotatably supports a coil bar 16 in which a wire is spirally wound around an outer periphery of a shaft, and supplies a coating liquid 18 to the coil bar 16. The coating liquid 18 is coated on the traveling support film 13 to form a coating film 27, and the coating film 27 is dried and cured. In this case, the cylindricity of the shaft is set to 8 μm or less, and the difference between the diameters of the leading and trailing ends of the wire wound spirally is set to 2 μm or less. Further, the gap between the wires wound spirally around the shaft is preferably set to 2 μm or less over the entire wound portion. [Selection] Figure 1 |
