abstract |
A biochip for early detection of Alzheimer's disease and a biosensor excellent in convenience, portability, and development cost using such a biochip are provided. A biomolecule array chip in which one or more micro-sensing units are arranged on an electrode surface by microfabrication technology and seed β-amyloid (Aβ) is immobilized on each of the one or more micro-sensing units. Then, the presence of Aβ in the sample is detected by measuring the change in redox current value when the target Aβ interacts with the seed Aβ with high sensitivity. [Selection] Figure 16 |
