abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a filling member for an underground water storage system that has a simple structure, has excellent pressure strength, can ensure a large porosity, and is easy to construct. A plurality of adjacent filling members are used in an underground storage part of an underground water storage system, and the filling members project from a substrate part 1 and a surface 1a of the substrate part 1. And the plurality of tapered cylindrical portions 2 formed in a regular array, and the substrate portion 1 has a plurality of other filling members when assembled adjacent to the back surface 1b or the front surface 1a. A filling member for an underground water storage system, wherein a plurality of fitting portions 3 are formed so that the top portions of the cylindrical portions are fitted, and the filling member is integrally formed of a thermoplastic resin.
