Tick antigen simple test reagent, tick antigen detection method, and kit for detecting tick antigen |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a simple and inexpensive means for detecting a substance (allergen) causing allergies such as asthma and atopy, that is, mite antigen. A reagent for detecting a mite antigen comprising a water-soluble polypeptide to which a water-soluble dye such as Cy3 is bound, preferably α-poly-L-lysine. More specifically, a tick test reagent in which α-poly-L-lysine is fixed to glass beads using a condensing agent, and further introduced into α-poly-L-lysine using Cy3 reactive dye.
