An object of the present invention is to provide a microorganism capable of producing 3,4-AHBAL. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily producing 3,4-AHBAL using the microorganism with a low environmental load. A microorganism in which genes griC, griD, and griG present in the glyxazone biosynthetic gene cluster of actinomycetes have been introduced and an allylamine N-acetyltransferase gene in the host genome has been disrupted is prepared. By culturing the microorganism, 3,4-AHBAL can be produced in the medium. [Selection figure] None |
