titleOfInvention | O-linked glycoprotein sugar chain-related compound having core type 4 structure and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides an O-linked glycoprotein sugar chain-related compound having a novel core 4 structure that does not require basic conditions in the final deprotection during glycopeptide synthesis, and a chemical synthesis method thereof. SOLUTION: A galactosyl-β- (1 → 4) -N-acetylglucosamine structure (lactosamine) is bonded to the 3rd and 6th hydroxyl groups of N-acetylgalactosamine, and N-acetylgalactosamine residue and lactosamine residue O-linked type having a core 4 type structure in which all hydroxyl groups are protected with a benzyl group or a benzylidene group, and the amino group of a threonine residue or a serine residue is protected with a 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl group Glycoprotein sugar chain related compounds.
