Method and apparatus for supplying electron donor to microorganism and bioreactor using the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for supplying an electron donor to a microorganism capable of supplying an electron donor to every corner and making a reactor large and thin. Provided is a method and an apparatus that can easily supply an electron donor to a microorganism without using a pump or a control device. A liquid capable of penetrating a volatile organic substance 3 together with a volatile organic substance 3 functioning as an electron donor serving as an energy source of a microorganism in a sealed structure container 4 having a non-porous membrane 2 at least partially. A volatile organic substance 13 that contains the osmotic member 13 and penetrates the entire surface of the liquid permeable member 13 is supplied to every corner of the nonporous membrane 2, and the volatile organic substance 3 is supplied to the nonporous membrane 2 portion of the container 4. To the microorganisms around the container 4 at a speed controlled by the molecular permeation performance of the non-porous membrane 2. [Selection] Figure 6 |
