An object of the present invention is to develop a method for obtaining a highly nutritious chicken egg that can easily increase the concentration of zeaxanthin in a chicken egg and easily take zeaxanthin. The zeaxanthin, which is a component of wolfberry, is produced by producing a poultry feed in which wolfberry fruit or an extract of the wolfberry is mixed in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight with respect to the feed.
