abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating waterproof structure and a heat insulating waterproofing method for a structure using a resin foam having excellent heat resistance. A heat insulating waterproof structure 1 is formed by laminating at least a heat insulating material 5 and an asphalt layer on a lower ground 2 of a structure. The asphalt layer is formed by the asphalt layer 4 and the asphalt roofing 6. The heat insulating material 5 includes a copolymer (A) composed of an aromatic vinyl unit, an unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride unit, and an N-alkyl-substituted maleimide unit, and a copolymer composed of an aromatic vinyl unit and a vinyl cyanide unit ( A resin composition containing B) is foamed.
