titleOfInvention | Method for preparing reactive silicon group-containing polymer composition and room temperature curable silicon group-containing polymer composition |
abstract | A reactive silicon group-containing polymer composition having excellent storage stability and easy handling is obtained. The method for preparing a reactive silicon group-containing polymer composition of the present invention comprises (a1) a polyoxypropylene polyol having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 50,000, (a2) an isocyanate group-containing compound (particularly γ-isocyanate). Propylalkoxysilane) in the presence of a tin-based catalyst to produce a polymer consisting essentially of polyoxypropylene in the main chain, and 100 parts by weight of the resulting polymer (b) A step of adding 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of mercaptosilane. Moreover, the room temperature curable silicon group-containing polymer composition of the present invention comprises (A) a reactive silicon group-containing polymer composition thus obtained in 100 parts by weight, (b) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst, c1) Each of 0.05 to 25 parts by weight of an amino group-substituted alkoxysilane is blended.
