abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition excellent in gas barrier property, hygiene property, compression set property, vibration damping property and mechanical property, and a medical drug stopper, a beverage cap liner and a vibration damping material using the composition. (B) Resin compositions (A) and (d) obtained by dynamically cross-linking (a) an isobutylene polymer having an alkenyl group at the terminal with (c) a hydrosilyl group-containing compound in the presence of a polypropylene resin. (A) an isobutylene polymer having an alkenyl group at the terminal in the presence of a polyethylene resin (c) a resin composition (B) dynamically crosslinked with a hydrosilyl group-containing compound, and (e) an isobutylene block copolymer present. (A) containing at least two or more of the resin composition (C) obtained by dynamically crosslinking the isobutylene polymer having an alkenyl group at the terminal with (c) a hydrosilyl group-containing compound, and (a), A thermoplastic elastomer composition containing the components (b), (d), and (e) in a predetermined ratio.
