A propolis composition having a strong physiological activity in a wider range and a health food for the same. A propolis composition contains a propolis whose main component is a benzophenone, at least one of a propolis whose main component is a cinnamic acid derivative and a propolis whose main component is a flavonoid. It is preferable that the propolis composition contains all three types of propolis having different main components, and the proportion thereof is equal. Moreover, it is preferable that all the propolis from which a main component differs is a propolis composition which is a hydrophilic organic solvent extract or a granular form.
