abstract A rotating electrical machine capable of achieving both output performance and ensuring brush life is provided at low cost. A commutator 5 is configured by arranging a plurality of segments 8 molded on an insulating member 7 in a cylindrical shape, and is assembled by fitting the insulating member 7 on one end of the armature shaft by press-fitting or the like.
