titleOfInvention | Microscope cover film and method for producing the same |
abstract | Provided is a cover film that eliminates out-of-focus blur and can be brought into close contact with a slide glass. A cover film is composed of a TAC film and an adhesive layer. The thickness T1 of the TAC film is set to 110 μm or more and 130 μm or less. A plasticizer is added to the TAC film 11 in an amount of 14 wt% to 16 wt%. The total thickness T3 of the TAC film 11 and the adhesive layer 12 is set to 130 μm or more and 170 μm or less. A toy curl is applied to the TAC film 11 by shrinkage of the adhesive layer 12 during drying. When the cover film 10 is fixed to the slide glass, the curl amount exceeds the minus curl generated by the swelling or dissolution of the adhesive layer 12 by the sealing liquid.
