abstract |
Disclosed is a biodegradable polyester material in the form of filaments and sheets using compressed gas. A) a step of producing a biodegradable polyester by liquid phase polymerization of a cyclic monomer in the presence of a catalyst using a compressed gas as a reaction solvent; b) a filament obtained by flash spinning the biodegradable polyester. And c) calendering the filament material to produce a sheet material in a point bonded form. Biodegradability is useful in fields such as medicine, chemistry, agriculture, and environment because liquid phase polymerization and flash spinning are performed in a single continuous process using a compressed gas that does not require the addition of a stabilizer as a reaction solvent. And is useful in the production of biodegradable polyester materials used as biocompatible materials. [Selection] Figure 1 |
