titleOfInvention Method for producing 2-chloroaniline compound
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a 2-chloroaniline compound useful as an intermediate for synthesis of a pharmaceutical product safely, easily and in a high yield. SOLUTION: General formula (1): (In the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.) The 3-chloro-4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid compound represented by the above formula is heated in the presence of water without adding an acid. General formula (2) characterized by: (In formula, R shows the same group as R in General formula (1).) The manufacturing method of the 2-chloro aniline compound represented. [Selection figure] None
